We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product and accept that on-line purchase of original jewellery can lead to some disappointments. Our customer service is something we take great pride in and strive to be able to serve customers on the other side of the world as well as we do at showings and in galleries face-to-face. The items on the website are photographed in house and we endeavour to ensure pictures are as close to “real” as possible. Computer settings can alter the way an item looks. So unless you are 100% happy with your order we’ll gladly issue a credit voucher or refund on return of the item (excluding SALE items). Item must be in original condition. Contact us by email and we’ll call you.
As you would appreciate we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on Special Orders or SALE items.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us by email immediately after receiving your order; we’ll work with you on Insurance claim, and/or replacement.
